OFFICE   541 382-5701

We have implemented many safety changes in order to keep our patients and staff safe.

  • We will continue to limit the number of people in the office at one time.  If you have an appointment (exam, contact lens or optical) we can only all the patient and one other in the office at one time.
  • At this time, we are allowing only the patient in the office and one additional family member if the patient is a child or needs assistance.
  • Our staff will be wearing masks. We are requiring that our patients wear masks as well. If you did not bring a mask we will provide one for you.
  • We will be taking temperatures of our patients to ensure our office stays fever free.
  • We have increased our disinfecting procedures. Your exam room be cleaned before and after your examination. In addition we will be cleaning all surfaces that patients touch in front of you.
  • With increased attention on indoor air quality during this phase of business reopenings we have upgraded our indoor air quality systems. We have installed higher rated MERV air filters thus removing smaller and more particles before they get into our office indoor air. To further increase indoor air quality we have installed air scrubbers. As we understand it, air scrubbers kill and eliminate even smaller particles that air filters can’t pull out of the environment. We need to thank the heating and air conditioning experts at Mountain View Heating Inc. and Mr. Gibson, our building owner for helping us improve the air quality at Integrated Eyecare.

Please call or text us at 541 382-5701 to schedule your comprehensive eye exam or optical and contact lens needs.

Response to covid

What is the same?

Our great staff, caring and dedicated doctors, amazing eye care technologies and offering the best optical materials and service.

So, what is different?

Masks, scrubs, gloves, scheduled appointments for all of our eyewear and optical services and safety strategies such as increased sanitation of every instrument, before and after every use

With colder weather here, our waiting room is open but to smaller numbers.  If you are more comfortable waiting in your car you are welcome to and we will come get you when your eyecare visit is ready to begin.

Upon arriving for your appointment you will be asked COVID-19 screening questions and your temperature will be taken.  To comply with state regulations please wear a mask when entering our practice.  It will be our privilege to serve you plus it will be our responsibility to keep you, our staff and all our patients safe.

We will be wearing scrubs, masks and gloves where practical.  Of course, all equipment and surfaces will be wiped with appropriate sanitizer before and after each use.  We will require that you also wear a mask in the office except when it is impractical during the exam process or treatment services.

We appreciate your patience with our new procedures. If you are experiencing an eye emergency, please call our office immediately.  To maintain a safe environment, we continue to limit the number of patients we allow in the building.

We again welcome your phone calls to schedule for your eyecare needs

We are OPEN for all of our Eyecare Services in a Safe Environment.

Integrated Eyecare of Bend, Oregon

We Encourage You to Give us a Call to Schedule Eye Exams & Optical Appointments.

What if I need to pick up contacts, eyecare supplements, and supplies?

If you prefer, we will continue using a “drive-thru” method, if you "drop by" we will do our best to serve you.  Please wear your mask and prepare to answer COVID-19 questions and have your temperature taken.  If you would like to do the "drive through method" we kindly ask that you call to pay for items over the phone BEFORE you arrive.

What if I need to pick out new glasses?

Please call/text to make an appointment. Optical is seeing patients by APPOINTMENT ONLY.

We are NOT offering "Drive Thru" dispensing of glasses.

In order to allow you to "see your best" it is important for our experienced opticians to adjust your glasses for your specific and unique visual needs.
